Cancellation Policy

Payment must be paid for in full before any services are rendered. Booking a scheduled appointment only holds your cleaning for the desired day. Allow a two hour buffer window for the car detailing expert to arrive. Prior scheduled appointments often run over as we always try to go the extra mile for our customers. Any updates or changes to your reservation will be given within one hour of scheduled  arrival time.  Please call or text 512-289-1279 within 12 hours of your scheduled appointment if you need to cancel your appointment.  Cars with pet hair or large amounts of debris may be subject to additional cost up to $125.00 to the original quoted amount. Payments in cas are preferred. Wash and roll packages will only be provided to scheduled clients within a 17-mile radius of the 78723 zip code. Premier Wash and Detail can not be held liable for any damages or repairs pertaining to work performed on after-market wraps, vinyl, or aftermarket paint.
